At first, i decided not to go to the Pussycat Dolls concert because ive watched them performed when they were in Singfest. But since second sis was willing enough to pay both her tix and mine, then why not. right?

Even though they were short of one member, Jessica, they were still as powerful. I must say, Nicole is one great performer. She can dance and sing, both at the same time. I mean, to do that both together, its really tiring and will make you breathless. But looking at Nicole, she did it effortlessly. The songs that they sang were mostly the songs that i knew. But the best song of all was, 'Jai Ho'! :)

It was really worth the money to see them performed because each of these dolls gave their best performance. And thanks to my sister for everything! You've made the right choice to go to their concert.

23rd May 2009, is the day where i definitely, would never ever forget. Let me tell you what happened during that day...in details.

Last Saturday,was my outing with bstfriend and that was to go to East Coast Park, rent bicycles and cycle around. But when i met her at pasir ris mrt interchange and she told me that we should go to Pasir Ris Park instead, it made me a lil pissed off. I was pissed because if i knew abt this earlier, i would have clad on clothes that are much simpler. But the pissed moment only last a minute or two because bestfriend asked me not to be mad because it was my bday outing and im supposed to be happy not mad. True!

When we were there, the first thing we did was to walk aimlessly while snaping some pictures and then seated somewhere near the beach. We talked, took more pictures, enjoyed the cool breeze, and of course laughed hard at lame jokes, as always. Looking at the time and realised that it was coming to 3pm, the first thing i said in my head was, "When are we going to rent bicycles?". Then, we had a 10mins walked around the park and end up at the bridge.

After standing there for approximately 15 mins, b.f asked me to follow her to somewhere. I thought it was to rent bicycles but NO! She forced me to seat at this bench which we had sat at first and asked me to blind fold myself. This was the part where we fought because i refused to blind fold myself. And how dare she called me pukimak? PUKIMAK! :) When i finally gave up and just blind folded myself, she told me that im going to meet somebody and its a surprised. Firstly, i hate surprises because it makes me nervous and when im nervous, it makes me feel sick in the stomach. Secondly, when she told me that i would to meet this somebody, i was furious because i thought i would be meeting the exs. pft! Since i was blind folded, b.f ushered me to the place to meet this person. During that walked, i nagged at her all the way for making me do this. Hah! Mmg patut! :)

After 5 minutes of walking distance, she asked me to seat again and i remembered, i felt sick in the stomoch because i was so nervous to open my blind fold off and to see who that somebody was. When b.f asked me to open the blind fold off and i did, i saw beloved friends infront of me, singing a bday song,loud with a prima deli chocolate cake infront of me. The cake was delicious btw. I was taken aback and was speechless. And i did not teared eh people. Dirt went into my eyes. :) I was so touched because i never had a bday surprise in my 17 yrs of life and i really never ever expected something like this to happen to me. I had always wished to have a bday surpirse and it was granted.

Well, I want to thank bestfriend (atin), ridhwan, ashraf, mira, khaleeda, ary,syafiq, fitri, khairul and amirul for all the things that you guys have done and also, willing to come. Definitely, more thanks to bestfriend and ridhwan for sacrificing their time, planning all this to make me have the best bday ever! All of you guys are the best! Love.

Today was my last exam paper which was Sciene Paper 1. All the papers were major killers! Well, i did my best though and so, will just wait and see the outcome of it. All the best to me.

Yesterday night, second sis left Singapore for Phuket, Thailand. I know hate is a strong word but, I HATE her for travelling there with her close friends without even bringing me along! My dad persuaded her many times to bring me but the reason she gave him are always the same. Well, hope she take cares of herself and also to remember to get me something there. And remember about ur promise sis, to bring me there after i turn 18!

Last week, i had to face with an incident where i was made to suffer. This whole incident happened because of me. My fault. Well, i accidentally tripped over my ironing board. Then, there was a sharp metal thing at one of the leg of the ironing board and yea, it sliced my skin quite deep. It was terribly painful and blood flowed out profusely after it sliced off my skin. The doctor said that I had to do some stitching but i refused to. I could not bear to see needle poking through my skin. Makes me feel sick!

This is the worst injury that i had ever experienced and so, i took a couple of pictures to keep as memories. hah! I know, sick. So yea, now i've learn not to be a clumsy person anymore and not to rush things or not, history would repeat itself...

Bestfriend will puke after looking at this again. :)

I may not be a fan of Oasis then but now, i'm one of their fanatic fans. :) Their concert wowed me with their awesome performance.

My pick for their best performances was when they sang,
'Don't Look Back In Anger' and 'Waiting For The Rapture'.

It was so good till i had goosebumps. But no matter what, Coldplay will always be the number 1, best-of-the-best-band, in my list.

I was looking at the calender when i realised that my sister is getting married next week. Like woah! That's fast. I remembered me and her planning about her wedding last year and now her nuptials is coming very soon. I hope she's all prepared to become someone's wife and then maybe a mother soon? Okie, eew.

I can't wait for 27 of March, where all preparations will be done even though it'll be one hell of a day. Aunties, uncles, cousins and my bestfriend, coming to the wedding on Friday afternoon to help prepare with some of the wedding stuffs. I like the spirit of 'bergotong-royong' where everyone works together to complete a task. I can't wait to get my hair and make-up done. I will definitely not overdo it because it is my sister's day and i don't want to ruin it for her. I also can't wait to put on my new kebaya which at last for almost how-many-baju-kebaya-i've-tailored, this at last, fits me nicely.

Well, I hope the wedding will turn out perfectly, but most importantly, i want the bride and groom to have the best memories of their lifetime.

Oh-my-god! I totally miss blogging. Lately, I've been busy because of school work and i don't have time to even switch on the computer. On the weekends when i'm free to use the computer, either one of my sister wants to use it and i had to give in. My last entry was in February and now its March, so i've not been blogging for like a month. That's long!

Well, the March holidays are here. At last! A one week break for me to rest and catch up on my favourite drama, The City. Even though it is a one week break, i can't spend each day, enjoying myself because there are piles of homework to be done before school reopens and topics to study for another upcoming testss. Tests are like given everyday! Have to bear with it though. Like what my dad said, tarik or tolak? pft! Only my bstfriend will get it.

Though its been a month, i don't really have anything much to say. So i guess i'll just end it here for now.

When people make mistakes, they learn from it.
As for me, i made the same mistake twice and this caused me not to get the chance to grab myself a pair of tickets to watch coldplay concert because it was all sold out. I should not have delayed and i should have booked the freaking tickets. Stupid me. Yesterday, after knowing that it was a sold out concert, it really shocked me because the tickets started selling out on the 16 of February, and it only takes 5 days and all tickets been snapped up. Even the ones which cost $248. I'm very sad that I'm not able to watch their concert, maybe never ever get to. I've been waiting to go to their concert for like years, and this could be the only chance of a lifetime but,i did not get it. Perhaps this time round, it's not my luck. Maybe there is a good reason to all this.

The past few days i was busy planning for my class gathering that is today and well, when it comes to planning an outing, i suck at it. Many things didnt turn out according to plan but at least the outing didnt turn out to be a disastrous one. (I guess) I did put quite an effort planning this whole class gathering thing and the most disappointing part was, not even half of my classmates made an effort to come.

Still,spending time with those bunch of 15 people today was indeed very fun. My favourite part of all was when all of us took the sky ride and luge together. I mean, i 've been wanting to ride those as a class and it happened. Even though its only 15 people. & of course,will definitely be the best memories. I was in a very happy mood at first but when the outing was coming to an end and i had to say my gdbyes to the ones whom i won't be seeing next year in East View Sec, it made me all sad and almost teary and i guess even others too. I'm so going to miss you guys! Hope we will still keep in touch.

I'm happy that i had a great outing with dearest Nareefah today.
I'm happy that i get to eat the food that i had been craving for- Sushi.
I'm happy that i get to do some shopping and,
I'm happy that i get to watch the movie, which everyone's been talking about-

Twilight was certainly worth my 10 bucks. It was definitely thrice as better as 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer'. The movie was not too draggy,there were intense romance and, incredible fight scene between vampires. I am sure, most girls fell for Edward Cullen (main actor in Twilight) . But i, fell for the gorgeous villain instead-

James.

Now,i am probably obsess with the movie. I can't stop watching the trailer, i keep listening to the song Decode by Paramore and i want to date a vamp. How ridiculous!

Alhamdulilah!

I got promoted to sec 5 which means i get to sit for O'levels. Another step closer to my dream job. heh! Even though the grades were not up to my expectations,still,i am happy with it. To those who didn't get promoted, always remember that you had done your very best for the examination. Don't get affected by the grades that you got. Don't give up yet and keep moving forward.

My parents and sisters were proud of me. Especially dad & mum because the trip to Los Angeles that they paid for really paid off and that was my gift if i got promoted to sec 5. I received my gift in advanced. :) Well, i better get the boring stuff out of the way first and enjoy myself with my favourite people before school reopens because nxt yr will be a hell of yr- Preparing myself for another big examination.

Oh,and congrats to the other N-level candidates who got promoted to sec 5!

Came across a short article in the newspaper, and it was about 'Singfest'.

The reporter said that, Singfest for yr 2009,will not only be big here, but huge in the world.

There will be two stages, and both stages will be of different genre.But they didnt state what genre.

But since the concert will be a huge one, they had to find a new venue, maybe in Sentosa or maybe they might just stick to Fort Canning.

And also, they had to increase the ticket price up to 60%.

I've calculated, and the new ticket price would be around 400 bucks?

Like...WOAH!

Well,
my job,taking care of my two little cousins are done(just for today). There'll be another day of "babysitting",next week. I invite them to sleep over at my house because it was such a pity to see them rot at home, doing nothing. So,i thought asking them to come over would make them feel less bored and its a school hoilday and they are kids,they should have fun! Its weird seeing myself taking care of kids because firstly, i don't really like kids and secondly, i don't know how to take care of myself and taking care of kids? Don't even want to imagine how it will turn out to be like. But lucky me. My cousins are quite old enough to do some stuffs on their own and do not need me to do everything for them! That is why taking care of them was simple as ABC. I guess i don't hate kids now because ysterday, i had fun playing games, laugh to their lame jokes and doing nonsensical stuffs with both of them. It seems as though they are my two new little sisters.

Anyway,
i really can't wait for 20th December to come. Going to meet Efah at last. yay! We've not met for ages and i miss her alot. Hope our trip to Sentosa will turn out great. And btw,my three gd friends,Eda,Khai & Umm, make urself free please! I miss hanging out with you guys also!

Elo mates!

Today onwards, i can have the freedom to blog without anyone disturbing me by reminding me to study because there's no need to since the N-levels are done! Hurray!

Ok,these past few days,the atmosphere in my house,changed. I can totally sense it.The quarrel between my first sister and my mother was the cause for it. Mother is now not talking to her and even me. Pfft. And i had nothing to do with it ya know! You see, i don't blame my sister for being abit harsh towards my mother because my mother had been pissing us off and we had been so patient with her but her attitude gets worst day after day and we could no longer be anymore patient. But whatever it is, i hope this situation will get better before we go for our vacation because no way i would let them destroy the fun-ness of it.

I had a wonderful evening yesterday. Did some shopping with my two sisters and had dinner together too. It was really wonderful because its been yrs since i last went out with them & seeing them talking to each other again was a blest. Anyway, I did not bought much stuffs because i don't want to waste my money. Wanna save it for the upcoming Singapore sale! : )

Since this yr will be my family's last yr celebrating Hari Raya with my first sister,me and my family went BORIAH! The idea of wearing baju kebaya in the same colour with the family was not a great idea for me. Whenever i walk beside my sisters, i felt like a freakin bridesmaid! But hey, this will be my last yr celebrating with Kak Nor and i had put alot of pride when i wore the baju kebaya on that day even though i hate the colour. You see,i'm such a nice sister. :)

Relieved.

All those important papers like maths and science are done. thank god! I don't want to brag about how the exam papers were like because i just don't feel like it.And anyway, its over and done with.

So, a few more hours to go and the fasting month is over and then its Hari Raya.

I used to get all excited when Hari Raya is here. But not for this year. Why eh?

The one and only thing that i am most excited about is my trip. But there's like 26 more days to go before the actual day comes. pfft.

As you can see, i've change my blogskin. Back to my Audrey Hepburn. heh! Its because of the colour of the old blogskin. I find it dark and dull and when i visit my blog, it makes me feel all moody and dead-beat.

So this week i had not been attending to school. I am soooooo lazy. It was so hard for me to get up from bed as the feeling of getting ready for school and going to school makes me feel tired and sick. Even though i did not attend school, i still did my own revision at home which was thrice as better compared to doing it in school. I even get to catch my favourite tv show in the afternoon, Rachael Ray. :)

There is school tomorrow and i'm already all moody now. I don't feel like going to school but i have to. Father kept blabling and forcing me to. Not only that, there is coaching during the evening. It'll be so tiring! But for the sake to pass N-level, i will just have to bear with it.

I can't believed that i almost forget my password to enter this blog of mine. You see,this happens to a bunch of people who had not blog for quite some time. *smiles with teeth*

For now,i can have a very good rest after all that mugging for the first 3 subject papers. So how was the papers? -Diffucult. I didnt know N-level papers were that tough. Really tough i tell you.I guess the chances of me going up to sec 5 is so,so tiny. How tiny? Like this . . The size between the first fullstop to the next fullstop.But i am not giving up yet. I still have other few papers to go and i have ample time to probe chapters by chapters. Lets just hope that the next paper won't be as tough like the first few papers.

So today i am going to grandma's house. Suppose to visit her yesterday but it had to be canceled the very last minute.My mum, first sis and me will be breaking our fast at her place today and also some of my aunties and cousins too. I am definitely sure that there will be lots of sumptious food. yay,food! I do not know why, but i am all excited for it.

No words can describe how i am feeling now. I am still in Singfest World and I am missing all those bands already.

It was a pity if people weren't there for the first day of Singfest just because there weren't any big names performing.

Every band shook Fort Canning with their powerful performances.

The Opening Act,

Dearest

Things got a lil bit crazy when Dre and Randie climbed the 1.5m metal scaffolding of the stage.

I guess the humid weather had got into the heads of Dearest when they opened Day 1 of Singfest, with a mind-blowing performance.

After their performance, Dearest actually get down from the stage and mingle with the crowds while they watched the other bands perform. Cool huh! Its only possible at Singfest!

Next, Crowned King

This was Crowned King second time performing in Singapore. The Canadian band members wowed local fans again with their high-energy performance.

This Indonesian rocker chick overdid the girl power thingy.

It did not help that she turned up late and turned the schedule topsy-turvy despite being slated as the first to perform.

New Found Glory

When New Found Glory went up on stage and performed, fans ran towards the stage and screamed their lungs out. From there, i could see that many people love this band. But not for me. Their songs were all too loud!

Next, Melee

He smiled at my camera! Kawaii neh!

Melee upped the whole geek chic appeal at Singfest and ladies just couldn't stop looking at them.

Next, Lost Prophets

Losprophets lead singer, Ian Watkins, tried to work the tired audience who were taking a break after a long day of performances before Simple Plan and Travis.

Next, Simple Plan

I had goosebumps when Simple Plan performed. How ironic is that. Their performance were superb. I sang along to some of their songs which i knew. My sis almost grab the towel that Pierre threw after he wipe his sweat but then she fell flat on the ground. hahahah! I enjoyed watching that.

The Closing Act, TRAVIS! :)

Their cute Scottish accents got all the females in the crowds swooning, as the first day of Singfest drew to a close.

Anyway, Travis performance was simply heavenly.

The Very Next Day...

3rd August

Another new day for Singfest. I was fatigue as i did not get a good rest. My sis, her fiance' and i were pretty late but we still made it and did not miss any bands. Sunday was the day that i am even excited about as most of the bands were the popular ones.

The Opening Act for Singfest, 3 August,

Staccie Orrico

Stacie Orrico kick-started for the second day of Singfest.

Her great singing and massive stage presence made the bare stage just a little less empty.

Next, Jamie Scott

Jamie Scott had all the girls swooning when he got up on stage to perform at Singfest 08.

Next, One Republic

If Jason Mraz wasn't part of the lineup for Singfest 08, One Republic would have stolen the show with their awesome live performance, thanks to the lead singer, Ryan Tedder, who sang his heart out.

Next,Panic! At the Disco

Despite a few technical glitches which the microphones go off, Panic still managed to deliver an intense performance which had the 10,000 strong audience singing and grooving along.

In fact, it was so intense that Brendon Urie,the lead singer, who was drenched in perspiration, ran to the back of the stage to throw up after “Nine In The Afternoon”.

The Pussycat Dolls

I definitely enjoyed their performance. Their mean booty-shaking made all the hot-blooded male screamed their lungs out.

After doing all those bumping and pumping, Nicole the lead singer of PCD, actually loose her vocals. Nicole even cheats by pointing the mic to the audience, hoping that the audience will cover for her and luckily, they did.

The Closing Act, Alicia Keys

When Alicia Keys finally took the stage for the closing act for Singfest 08, i was already sound asleep. My energy was empty by that point of time.

I guess her performance was great because right now, my sister is still dreaming about how great her performance was.

I heard that there will be another Singfest next year 2009. Its not only going to be big in Asia, but also in the World. How amazing is that! I hope either Coldplay or Radiohead or maybe both,will come down for Singfest 09. *praying hard*

Anyway, my sis and I would like to thank Singfest for rocking our weekends!

My aunt from perth send my mum pictures of my nephews and i have to upload their pictures because they look ADORABLE! I am pretty surprised that they had grown so fast. I have not met my nephews yet, but hopefully someday, i will.
